Why creativity is quietly great for teams.
Working with your hands lowers the temperature of a room. Something about pressing flowers or trimming a bonsai frees up the parts of a conversation that don't happen in a conference call. Introverts open up when they're focused on a task; extroverts settle into the pace of the room.
Every one of our experiences is beginner-friendly. Nothing on offer requires artistic skill, and nobody at the table has to be "good at it." Everyone finishes something.
And unlike most team-building activities, our experiences produce something your team keeps — a small object that sits on a desk for months and reminds them they did something together.
Formats
Three ways to book.
Offsite or venue
We travel to your retreat location or event venue anywhere along the Wasatch Front (and beyond, with travel considered). Best for 15–50. Ninety minutes, or two rotations for larger groups.
Conference activation
We set up a booth or interactive station at your conference or company event. Attendees drop in throughout the day and make something quick to take back. Best for 100–500+ over a half or full day.
